'The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...

'false advertising on the Expedia site. Photos of the hotel clearly show a splash park and other various amenities although they are not at the actual hotel they are in the neighbouring resorts world and you have to pay to get in.'

'Hardware (villa itself, lobby etc) was very nice and still very new. It was very pleasant to be staying in the villa. Suggest to change hair dryer to Dyson please. Service - Could be improved. Hardly the standard you'd expect from Raffles and at this price point. Butler - Nice young guy but attitude unfort, was gen Z. I had a t-shirt to do laundry on, asked him for the laundry rate, and he told me to check the paper in the laundry bag... Villa snacks - Complimentary daily refill never...

'They are still renovating so the lobby looks amazing. But the room was very old and outdated. Staff was friendly. But some of them are more eager to work then others (some of them are greeting you in the lobby or opening the door for you, others ignore you or are calling privately). Compliments for the young men who cleans the room. I think he is a very proactive and kind, How he leaves the room. Close by metro, hotspots and food places. Only real down point is only sun at the pool between 12...
