'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. 'Slightly dated hotel. Good overall quality. There is a $30 additional (compulsory but hidden)fee to use the amenities to be paid at check-in. Why a 5* hotel with these prices needs to do this is truely puzzling…'

'Hotel is going through a remodel which was not disclosed prior to booking. Rooms are nice but dated. Cleaning was not 100% as we had to remove food from the room upon arrival. Staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. They made the stay very enjoyable.'
