Great location, very close to bus stops to the airport. It's in the center, therefore very close to restaurants, shops and all the pick-up points for your day trips. Our room was not so big but very well kept and clean. The hotel itself is also kept very clean. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had.

Overal vlakbij, betaalbaar, ruime en nette kamers met soms redelijk uitzicht. Behulpzame werknemers. Handdoeken kunnen slechts 1 maal per 4 nachten gratis worden verkregen. Dit geldt tevens voor een schoon bed en een kamerschoonmaak. Niet fijn bij 5 lang dagen 30 graden. Door de hitte kon ook de kamer niet worden gekoeld. Buiten 30 graden is binnen 29 graden en 24 uur per dag zon. Dit was overigens uniek in de geschiedenis van Tromso.

Prima.. erg netjes.. maar er werd tussendoor niet schoongemaakt of prullenbakken geleegd.. ook kregen we geen schone handdoeken.. dit kon op aanvraag.. Verder vriendelijk personeel

Het hotel beschouwt zich ondanks de 150 euro per nacht als budget hotel. De kamers worden tussentijds niet schoongemaakt, je krijgt geen schone handdoeken. Kamers zijn erg klein, geen kastruimte, erg warm in de kamer en het raam kan maar een klein stukje open. De locatie van het hotel is top, erg centraal. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. Kamer is netjes en modern.

Hey, Thank you for rating us and giving us feedback! Due to our environment friendly concept we have chosen to skip to unnecessary to give us guest a good location and a good bed. That is the reason why the rooms are only cleaned every four days. Hope Tromsø was what you wanted it to be, and hope to see you in the future!

Everything was perfect! All of the staff was very kind and helpful! The food options were a little scarce but very enjoyable for a quick snack. The location is beyond perfect since it’s very centric and near good places in Tromsø 🙌 Every time I came back from a tour outside in the cold, I felt the warmth and comfort of the hotel. Totally recommend.

My room was small and basic, but the location and price were perfect for what I needed. I stayed two nights and was sad to leave my little room as I had grown quite fond of the view I had of the street and surprisingly I found the sound of cars driving and birds chirping more meditative than disruptive

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves on the 6th floor, facing the view of both the mountains and the sea on the east side. The room was much larger than the typical moderate room, well-maintained, clean, with a very firm and comfortable bed and a warm blanket. Although the bathroom was spacious, but it lacked a shower curtain. The amenities like microwave, hot water and paper cup at reception available for guests to use. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was a plus. The location was convenient, with a supermarket a 5-minute walk away and an airport-express bus stop within 1-2 minutes and downtown just a couple of minutes away on foot. We'd definitely stay here again.

The bedroom was smaller than size of my riverboat room. If you had 2 people in the bed (I did not) then one would have to crawl over the other to get out of the bed. The room was exactly the width of the bed. They should also just give you the crummy sandwich and apple for breakfast rather than charge you $2.05 for it. How cheap can you be. I will try another hotel when I go back to Tromso because $200 for this room and zero amenities is way overpriced.

we stayed for one night after a later flight. Check in was extremely easy; there were kiosks at the entrance where you checked yourself in and made your own key cards. There was a little cafe area that came in handy when we left in the morning. Room was clean and had what we needed.

Rooms are small but they are clean, warm and very well located. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Also, tour meet ups are 5 minutes walk away. Water and snacks are available for purchase in the lobby area. Self check in did not work for us but there is always a staff member present to assist.

I was surprised at how spacious the rooms were. 2 people fit very comfortably in the double twin room. Staff were always around and helpful. I also felt safe that the hotel required a key card to enter after a certain time and to use the elevators.

Property okay- clean. A lot of street noise Friday evening with people shouting and smashing glass on the streets until 4am. Would not recommend if you are a light sleeper. Very close to everything and didn’t need a car to get around.
