A good Exxon a central located hotel/apartment. Got a quadruple room, instead of the single room I booked. Check in was easy, and the room big and clean. Would stay there again next time in Tromsø

We had a very enjoyable stay a month ago. Nice room, nice location, and excellent service. When I contacted the hotel later any the security deposit (which we mistakenly thought was not returned to us), they were very quick to help us out in finding out what went wrong. Very well done! When staying in Tromsø, I definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

De studio is prima voor een weekje. Naast een bed en een klein keukentje staan er twee grote stoelen met een bijzettafeltje en een eettafel met gek genoeg maar één stoel. Schone badkamer met een erg warme douche.

Goed, net hotel in het centrum van tromso. Fijne bedden en douche. Keuken in de kamer is voorzien van alle gemakken. Al met al een prima kamer. Personeel aan de receptie is zeer behulpzaam. Wij hebben met behulp van de receptioniste 2 van onze Tours geboekt, scheelt wachttijden bij de vvv.

This accommodation was easy to find and easy to get to from the airport-city bus. It was comfortable and clean.

Solo traveler. My stay was great. The room was small but it had everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable just perfect. The location was in the middle of everything. Ideal. I walked everywhere. So happy I chose this place for my four days in Tromso.

The apartment was as described in the property description. It had fully reported kitchen. The room and hotel both are kept clean. The location is quite central to both supermarkets and tourist meeting points. The staff at reception are welcoming and friendly.

This property should be rate 2 or 3 stars.........rooms were extremely small (even though I got the room for 3 people), bathroom was the smallest I had seen...no amenities in the bathroom....no breakfast (they sent to a different hotel that is 10 minutes walk and has a below average breakfast for an expensive amount). Location of the hotel was good.

The staff at Enter City, from the front desk (Nasrin and Karolina) to the cleaning team (Maria) were incredibly welcoming. and I'm a little astonished that this facility has not received the highest marks possible. I got stranded in Tromso due to the Lufthansa strike, and so had to stay at the hotel twice (once at the last minute), and the second room was even more spacious and well appointed with a terrific view of the mountains. When I come back to Tromso with my family or university students, I will look no further than Enter City. Some of the hotels can feel quite sterile, but this place makes you feel right at home. I stayed at a few places while I was in the area, and this hands down, ranks as the best. I can't say enough great things about the staff, too!

Great hotel with lots of space in the room and a very friendly staff. Very walkable to everything downtown. It was also nice to have a key card access to not only our floor, but the entrance to the hotel as well. Only complaint is that there's only one mirror in the bathroom, so multiple women will struggle a bit.

The room was very comfortable. It was also nice to have a laundry room available for guests. Staff was very accomodating and polite. The hotel was convenient for shopping, a mall was about a five minute walk, along with a variety of eating places and supermarkets. We felt very safe too.

Slight inconvenience for late check in at sister hotel, Viking. Found one bedside light out. Would have liked to use the hdmi port behind tv but it was not accessible. Window shades had to be always closed for privacy. Other guests noise occurred at 4am Sunday morning. We were still up anyways from a Northern Lights Tour that ended after midnight. Tourist center, tours meeting spot, restaurants and church all within walking distance. Kitchen facility, microwave and fridge were convenient. They were kind to hold our luggage after checkout while we had lunch nearby and before our trip back to the airport. Overall, our family would stay here again.
