'Mooi, schoon en net hotel. Veel faciliteiten gericht op de zakelijke reiziger en heeft een goede ligging.'

'We were given an upgrade to the club wing which meant we got a very spacious room with a seating lounge area. The Italian restaurant offered very good service and some lovely food. The breakfast buffet in the Charcoal hotel was okay but not impressive. We experienced a facial in the spa which was well done and very relaxing. The hotel has some beautiful grounds but the children's play area was very run down. One pool was dry. The other was poorly maintained but was well laid out originally. The...

'Definitely for no-fuss traveler. The staff were wonderful!'

'アメニティは何もなく、タオルも使い古した感じで、建物自体もロビーもきれいでなかったのですが、部屋の中はクーラーがキチンと作動し、熱いシャワーのお湯はいつも使え、シーツなど最低限の清潔さが保たれていたので、コストを抑えて寝るだけの部屋を探している人には大丈夫かなと思います。'

'Yes'

'The hotel is located in a very strategic area, with a wide variety of food stalls and recreational facilities nearby, including badminton courts and pickleball courts. This is one of the main advantages of staying at this hotel, as there are plenty of options for food and activities within the surrounding area. However, there are a few areas that require improvement. First, the parking arrangements could be improved. Unlike some other hotels, the parking is not complimentary or reserved for...

'Room 108, well appointed room, just without window view. Instant shower is hot, bed is comfortable. Good stay for overnight a few restaurants nearby with a 7-11. Not forgetting it has automated self service check in and check out without permanently manned front desk'

'Teribble hotel ever. Wont come anymore.'

'Yes, the room is very spotless. No staff but the instruction to pick up the keys and enter the is simple & easy to follow. '

'Small but comfortable room in a decent location for my needs for this trip'

'Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...

'Nothing fancy at all, but it was comfortable budget accommodations, very convenient to Subang Airpark. The taxi ride to Subang took less than ten minutes. There's a mini-mart downstairs that is also convenient. Don't expect any amenities - you don't pay for them here, so you don't get them.'

'Apart from roaches running around, you get an air-conditioned room for a good night's sleep'
