'We love staying at Dianne’s properties. When we visit Troy we always try to book her properties. They are all well equipped, clean and everything functions as it should. We will be back.'

'This hotel was very clean but a little dated. It did appear that some upgrades were being made. The staff was very friendly! We were happy our little dog was welcome and there was a nice grassy area for her to explore. The complimentary breakfast was good and had lots of choices! The only thing that needs attention is the pool area. The pool itself had very clear/clean water and was very nice and relaxing, however the area around the pool was not clean. 'The host’s efforts to provide us a trouble-free and enjoyable stay was evident! From info about the area to snacks on the kitchen counter. We weren’t able to take advantage of the outdoor activities but that wasn’t a problem with all the games inside! We enjoyed the ping pong table especially. The comfy movie room was the perfect way to end a busy day. The bathrooms are right next to each other but still had good water pressure. 'This is a charming quiet retreat right in the heart of town. The proximity to Glen Helen and the downtown area is great and makes it easy to come and go throughout the day without having to get in the car. The host was thoughtful and available and we very much enjoyed our stay. Yellow Springs is an awesome community well worth checking out. This home felt like the perfect way to experience it.'
