'Being a dog friendly home, you would never know that animals were in that house. It was extremely clean and very easy to find. The host is fantastic. I forgot my earnings on the nightstand and she very responsive and mailed them to me. 10/10 the perfect distance from the race track too! '

'Modern and extremely clean. Every amenity worked and was in great shape. We used the fire pit, grill, kayaks, canoe, and hot tub without any problems. Well stocked kitchen with place settings and extra spices etc. Super easy check-in. And host quickly responded to any questions. Everything was perfect!'

'My friends and I visited Saratoga for our 25th year college reunion. We thought to stay on campus, but changed our minds, and I’m so glad we did! It poured the weekend we were there. When it got too wet on campus, we retreated to this lovely home to snuggle under the couch blankets and play the Scrabble game and guitar that were provided. ' We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. 'House seemed recently updated and in nice condition. If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet house, this is perfect for that. It is in the country on a hillside & no neighbors. A little bit uphill driveway, but we managed it fine. 'This rental was perfect for myself and my two daughters. Everything was exactly as described - lovely welcoming and modern decor, spotlessly clean, all systems functioning as they should. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Capital Region. The backyard hill is a little steeper than the photos make it out to be, so throwing the ball with the pup was not possible. '

'We rented this house for my son’s graduation from Skidmore College. Six family members and a dog stayed for the weekend. The place was perfect. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space (both indoors and outdoors) to relax. Easy check-in and check-out processes, and responsive management. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near walking trails, but amenities are close by. Easy access via back roads to Skidmore campus and SPAC grounds. We would stay here again.'
