'My family had a fabulous time at this property. The location was perfect and the home was very clean and spacious. There were a few minor quirks but the owner was very quick to respond to messages. These issues in no way impacted our stay. All in all, we would definitely stay at this home again!!'

'We loved this property. Close to wineries, very clean and very modern.Plenty of space to walk dogs, fire pit was relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, better than my one at home. Host answered questions quickly .We hopefully will be visiting again next year.'

'This was a wonderful place to stay for the Romulus - Wine Country - dog shows. The hosts included thoughtful accommodations for our dogs including a dog bed, poop bags, treats, a water bowl and leash. It’s very nicely laid out to make a comfortable homey feeling. We really enjoyed the little outdoor porch and fire pit. And the coffee bar. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the furniture was. I would love to stay here again.'

'Very nice '

'We had a large crowd that needed a big place for a reunion. This was perfect. The kitchens and all the space were perfect for hanging out and having meals together and the house is about 20 minutes from Ithaca so it is convenient for grocery shopping and visiting sights there. The host was very communicative and great to work with.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The house had plenty of space for our group of five families without ever feeling crowded. The large private backyard was perfect for the kids to play soccer, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings. The home was very clean, and having three refrigerators made it easy to accommodate such a large group. Communication with the host was excellent—she was very responsive and easy to reach by text. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it...

'Best sleep ever! The mattress, pillows, and sheets literally made me dream about checking the brand! I woke up so rested and ready for our vacation! The location was one mile from food and bars. The parking was a struggle for my big truck but we made it work. Only a slight incline walk to the house from the parking lot. Sunrise views and running path my the river were amazing! Would stay again!'

'We had a great stay! The location is amazing. So close to many hikes and waterfalls, and a few minutes from downtown Ithaca. The place was very clean, had a great shower, bed was comfortable (but a bit firm). We appreciated that toilet paper, toiletries, coffee/tea and other items were provided. I’d absolutely stay here again!'

'We stayed here with our whole family and had such a lovely time. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to really enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated all the amenities, which were great and made everything easy and relaxing for the whole family. The house was clean, well cared for, and felt very welcoming. A great place for a family getaway'

'This was a nice place to stay. Jeremy has the right type of customer focus. The check in and out processes were great. We enjoyed and appreciated being able to bring our Sheltie Grace. To make this an exceptional place I would suggest the following:1. Some updating needs to be done in the kitchen and bathroom.2. Landscaping could be improved but we did notice that many homes in the area don't do any landscaping. Not sure why?? Landscaping creates the first impression of quality and I...
