'The woman who managed the property was extremely helpful and friendly. I was checking in the same day that typhoon “dolphin” was passing over Okinawa, and she was still working and even got my room ready early for me so I was not left out in the storm. The room was spacious, and located a short walk to all of the main attractions in Chatan.'

'Parking was close and convenient especially due to rain. Room was clean and had the convenience of a suite with all that you need for a long stay. Beautiful view of the ocean! Renting the additional pots and pans, rice cooker, chinaware and utensils was very reasonably priced. I only wished it had more closet, or shelf space. So we wouldn't have to live out of our suitcase. Staff were very kind, accomodating and very helpful. We would love to stay there again!'

'台風で飛行機が飛ばず急遽2泊しました。チェックイン時は有人であり、スムーズにチェックインできました。有料駐車場のため、外出した後に同じスペースに駐車できて安心でした。 室内は清潔ではありますが、カーテンが破れていたり、シーツも色褪せて生地が薄くなり擦り切れていたり、タオルは黄ばみがあったりと気になることはありました。ベッドマットが硬いためか寝心地は良くはなく体が痛かったですが、夫も子供も気にならない言っていたので、個人差があるかもしれません。'
