'Ok'

'We had a pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel World and overall enjoyed our time there. The rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient, especially for visiting the surrounding attractions. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt somewhat distant and less welcoming than expected. This was partly due to the style and design of the lobby, which did not provide the warm and luxurious arrival experience one would normally expect from a five-star hotel. Upon entering, it felt more like...

'My stay was excellent and the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was amazing, I liked it more than my room in L7 Gangnam hotel and it was much cheaper. The location is excellent and the price is unbeatable. I would definitely stay here next time. If they had a onsite gym, I would make this my primary stay in future trips to Korea!'

'The hotel is very well located. Easy to reach. Friendly staff, the check in took a bit longer than required. The room was spacious, very well equipped and clean. The swimming pool was nice to cool down, however 2/3 was reseverd for members and swimming lessons.'

'Nice and kind staffing ! The location of the hotel was just wonderful 👍'

'Very nice hotel. Located central in southern Gangnam close to many facilities and attractions by metro.'

'Richard was amazing and friendly, and even helped carry my bag up the stairs. Other than the number of stairs, which was a minor issue, the place as a whole has a vintage aesthetic reminiscent of hostels gone by. 'Staying in gangnam is Aloft is a great place to stay if you don’t have much luggage, the airport limo stop is opposite the hotel but is a wee walk to actually get to a crossing point. The bathroom has partially opaque glass walls so others in the room can see through. Also the entry way has sensor lights so if you use the bathroom in the night it’ll light up the place like a Christmas tree. The curtains are not black out.'

'At night the airco was deactivated so the temperature in the room easily reached 26 degrees.'

'とてもよかったです💛'

'The spa bath was amazing'

'Fijn bed, goeie locatie en een ruime kamer. Ook was het personeel erg aardig'
