'A perfect little boutique feel hotel/motel. Front desk staff was super pleasant and check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was just a little too strong of room freshener. Pool was heated and had plenty of seating and shade.'

'The rooms were fine, I had issues with television and clothes dryer, staff did address the issue following my request. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. When I attempted to contact initially, I was not able to contact directly therefore requiring me to secure reservation through another source. The request to check out early was provided 48 hours...

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'Check in staff was nice, check out person disappeared when I tried asking a question. Our room didn't have enough toilet paper or Kleenex, they should refill for every new room reservation '

'I had a great experience from the couple that runs the motel. My car broke down and they were very understanding of my problem and allow me to get a mechanic fix my car in their parking lot. Very pleasant experience and the room was extremely clean!!'

'Our stay was fabulous! The Armory Park Inn is outstanding in *every* respect. From the gorgeous interior to the gracious staff, my wife and I knew we had found a winner. Amy and Dora anticipated every need we could have, with snacks, plentiful towels, fast wi-fi, robes, even blackout curtains. 'Room was clean and cute! It was a bit loud at night because our room was near the front, but overall super positive. Room service was excellent and the bar in the lobby is very cute too! '

'The overall experience in this hotel could have been better. The design and ambiance are charming, but there are too many points of attention. We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. Bed was alright, pillows mediocre. Expect Highway noise all night.'

'Very quiet and peaceful stay in a comfortable, clean and uniquely decorated room that feels very fun and personalized compared to your usual hotel room. Check-in was very easy, coming in the form of a text message to your phone, containing codes to unlock the front gate, as well as your room. There are only a small handful of rooms available (maybe 6?) so the location is never crowded or noisy, which is appreciated. Overall great stay here, and would definitely book again!'

'Perfect downtown location!!! The property itself is really nice and bigger than it seemed considering it’s a two in one hotel. Breakfast was good. Parking is relatively cheap although we opted for metered street parking because it’s free after 7pm. The bars/restaurants in the area were amazing and walkable!!! Can’t wait to return to Tucson. First time and I had a ball. Will absolutely stay at this hotel again.'
