The damn toilet stopped up during the night when my wife needed it. I called the front desk and the best they had to offer was to bring toilet plunger up to the room for US to use. We just packed up, checked out and drove home at about 1:00 am. We will certainly never go back !!!!!

The room we checked into was dirty. They quickly gave us another room and even brought key to us. However at 6 am a girl began to band on door next to ya screaming profanities. It took an hour to get the staff to eventually call police. I called front desk several times. I informed clerk I should be refunded for room.

This is a great hotel with great staff. The only thing I didn’t like is that they have meetings with loud music at night in the concierge room which was directly across from my room.

Please be advised you need to contact your bank or financial institution about the incidentals hold. The hotel's computer system issues the release order instantly upon check-out, and it is thereafter up to your bank or financial institution to release the funds back into your account.

We checked in very late. 3:00am. I called ahead and everything was taken care of. I had two rooms and after getting there, I realized I booked a king when I needed a double. The staff was so very helpful in getting a roll away bed. She was perfect and made it all go smooth.

Great for a family getaway
The staff here are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was nicely made up when we arrived and housekeeping respects the "please do not disturb" door hanger. :) They're pet friendly and have a big area to walk my dog, and a poop bag dispenser and pail right there that was always stocked with baggies. The breakfast is delicious, the potatoes were my favorite.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. It was exactly as described online. The only thing I would say would be that they need to keep more stock in the little store as it was pretty much empty by Friday evening and we stayed until Monday, and it remained that way!

The bar was very limited & very expensive. $14 a drink that was sub par. Would recommend grabbing something somewhere else.

Good location and value
Very friendly staff made check-in and check-out very easy. Full kitchen and bar provides extra convenience. Room was clean and spacious with coffee maker and refrigerator. Easy to get anyplace in Tulsa from the location off the MIngo Valley Expressway.
