'We find this hotel to be the best accommodation in the area and when we visit our daughter who lives in Tunkhannock, this is where we stay. The beds are comfortable, it is an immaculate hotel, the complimentary breakfast has quite a variety and the staff is very helpful.'

'Overall, the stay was not too bad. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong rotten-egg odor, which was almost unbearable and significantly affected our comfort. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay.'

'The staff were very helpful. My personal opinion is that the mattress needed to be replaced. It was topped with a mattress topper which made the bed super soft. The headboard was very loose as well.
The scones were delicious and over all facilities were nice.'

'After booking a reservation online at this location specifically because it clearly stated it was pet friendly, we arrived for check-in only to be told they didn’t accept cats and we were turned away at 7:30pm after traveling all day in the car with our cat. The desk agent showed no concern for us despite our plea to stay. If this hotel doesn’t accept cats, then it should clearly state that when making a reservation. This is the second occurrence with our cat at a Best Western hotel....

'The place was unoccupied except for us! Our room was fine but the premises seemed to be under renovation. No staff were available.'
