'Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. We wew able to make breakfast and store snacks, saving us time and money. It was unexpectedly hot, cannot say enough about the AC! Would definitely stay here again.'
