Finding the parking and reception was confusing due to poor signage, and the building was difficult to navigate throughout our stay. The biggest issue was the lifts. 'Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next.'

'Tina was our hostess upon arrival. Exceptionally bubbly and helpful. The young lady we had upon checkout was equally as lovely. Very large, clean, comfortable room. Location is pretty good. Probably wouldn't consider it as "Southbank" as Google would suggest. But still walking distance to most things.'
