とても落ち着くヴィラです。自然の中だけど蚊に刺されることはありませんでした。ゆったりとした広い部屋。バスタブも大きくてよかったのですが、水圧が弱く溜まるまで時間がかかり、そのうちお湯も冷たくなってきたのが残念です。朝食はオーダーシステムで美味しかったです。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Atta Mesari. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast is good with a variety of options. The villas have a very peaceful feeling, no noise of traffic which is nice for Ubud. The pool and spa are both lovely. There is a free shuttle into the town centre every two hours, would be good if it was hourly, as a little too far to walk.

We enjoyed our star very much. We arrived late at night and the staff were waiting for us to check in and was no trouble to them. Roma were made up beautifully. Breakfast was always good

Worst villa resort ever!!!!
When arriving at reception we were a little weary of our decision for booking this hotel. A small hut with a dirty table, a telephone and messy office bedside table were to greet us at 3pm in the afternoon. No staff to be seen only heard talking in a back room. After 4-5min we were finally noticed by someone in there way home. We were shortly after taken to our villa, the smell of musty mould and mildew was horrendous. Wanting to use our private pool straight away was not an option as the pool filter system was not working and the top of the water was covered in dead bugs, leaves and flowers from overhanging trees. After 30-40min we decided to go to town, apon getting changed a faint hello was heard and we see three room attendants/maintainence workers enter our villa. Maybe putting a door bell like all other hotels would be an option so we could have privacy until letting in staff would be appropriate. Only after three nights the pool was fixed and that led to being our check out day. Our telephone didn’t work, so we couldn’t order room service, had to go to the restaurant to ask instead. Our 10 month old daughter was extremely sick on our check out and we needed a jump start on our car as we left the lights on overnight. We asked for assistance as we needed to go to the hospital as her condition was very bad, but were just laughed at by two young employees. Not until my my wife cried and older man helped out. Overall the worst hotel/villa stay ever. Will never return here.

We do apologize if your stay did not match with your expectation. Your points of improvement are noted and will consent for us in future. Please be informed that you should be complaint while you have problem with your phone during your stay with us, we will very pleased to fix your phone problem at the villas soon as possible. We are very sorry regarding the pool filter system at the swimming pool, actually was under maintenance so why it cannot working properly. And the day when you check out, we had assist you to go to the doctor with our staff by car, but you had refuse it. Also one of our staff was helped you also to take care and carrying your 10 month daughter while she’s crying until your car was fix it. Once again, we do apologize if you feel not happy to stay with us and still we hope you will consider us for your future accommodation with all the improvement you pointing. The 2 rooms villa was spacious & clean. The pool was smaller than expected. Standard amenities. Staff was polite & helpful. Location to Ubud central is only accessible by the free shuttle or by taxi. A little disappointed that it was not overlooking any padi field as shown on pictures indicated in hotel.com.

Ottimo hotel, personale molto cordiale, a due passi dal centro di ubud (circa 1,5km), presente servizio navetta. Camere con vista stupenda sulle risaie, pulizia buona. Cucina ottima, servizio buono. SPA carina. Piscina bella ma spesso all'ombra siccome circondata da palme. Viaggiato in copia.

町からは遠いが静かで自然が多いホテル
私たちは初めての日本人ゲストということで、部屋を同じ料金でスイートにアップグレードしてもらいました。スイートはとても広く、ベッドルームが2つ、景色(水田、やしの木など)もとても素敵で、バンガローの外(敷地内)にはプールもついていました。子連れだったのでレストラン(敷地内を少し歩く)まで歩くのが少し大変でしたが、レストランの外も自然がたくさんあり、リスなども見れました。レストランの朝食も豪華で(5つほどコースがあります)、昼食、夕食は部屋でもゆっくりとることができます。ウブドの町までは2km位離れていて遠いので歩けません。ホテルの外には1軒だけ日本食のレストランがありますが、他はありません。ホテルから町までは無料の送迎車があり、時間を言って待ち合わせます。バリ時間ということで、集合時間から10分から15分遅れます。子連れで暑い時間だったので、15分ほど遅れたスタッフに少し文句を申し上げましたら、大変真摯に対応してくれました。カップルにはとても良い場所だと思います。ウブドの中心では絶対に味わうことができない静かで素敵な場所です。部屋も清潔で(虫は、バンガローの構造上、夜に入ってきますが、掃除してくれます)、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、最高の宿でした。
