'We stayed here on a 3 day weekend with a newborn and a toddler it was the most comfortable stay ive ever experienced at a hotel. The king bed was very comfortable and the room itself was spacious and provided everything you might need. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of foods to eat. I personally really liked all the common areas to eat breakfast, do some work or even just to sit & relax at some points the tvs would play the World Cup games so that was nice to sit and watch....

'This Embassy Suited was below average compared to others. The breakfast selection was not as great. The rooms were not as clean. The pool area had no towels. One elevator was down the entire stay and parking was $27.99 a night.'

'The staff were so friendly: front desk supervisor, bartenders, housekeeping. The room felt genuinely clean, not just surface clean. The pool was nice/clean with towels available and plenty of seating. Would stay here again when returning to Dallas.'

'When we checked in they told us the pool was closed. We got no notification prior to our arrival. When we were getting our kids ready for bed we found pills under the couch. The bathroom was filthy and the shower was not functioning properly. The staff at the front desk were very nice though they gave us our first night free when I called about the pills and asked no questions the next morning when I told them to cancel the rest of our stay.'

'The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but everything was perfect: the rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast offers a good variety. I would def stay here again '

'Paid a lot of money only to be given a room right next to elevator and was placed in an ADA room ( not ada) when asked about an upgrade they didn’t even make an effort to accommodate us or listen to us. When we arrived our room was muggy and ac didn’t work, again we asked for an upgrade but instead they offered their after hours hvac guy to come to the room to resolve the issue.
