'They can do a little better at the front desk when I got ready to check out what’s nobody in the front desk had to wait almost 20 minutes before somebody came and help me check out'

'Breakfast variety was not a big selection. Egg muffins had no taste and were cold, egg sandwiches also had no taste or seasoning. Pancakes were good. Potatoes were still hard. I honestly did not enjoy the food except the cereal and pancakes. We were excited about getting in the pool but the water was very very cold so could not enjoy that either. The hotel itself is very nice and clean though.'

'Only thing I disliked was that my TV didn’t work and I was in the Superior Suite. I mentioned it to front desk, but they told me I was nothing they could do. So I had to improvise and watch Netflix on my MacBook! Other then than I give it an overall 4.5 star rating.'

'Hotel is being renovated and construction dust everywhere. Reserved jacuzzi room and it was out of order. No towels and instead of bringing towels they moved us to another room. So tired of walking long long hallways. Breakfast buffet was very limited with no fruit, plates, breads or muffins. Had to get front desk staff to provide food replacements for 9 people at 8am the 1st morning and 5 people at 7:30 the 2nd morning.'
