'Gewoon een goed hotel! Ontbijt was ook goed!'

'Great location, but the hotel is very, very poorly maintained. The elevator was dirty, with trash everywhere, and overall the hotel felt very neglected. For a Sheraton, the upkeep was not up to standard at all. I would not stay here again unless they seriously improve the maintenance and cleanliness.'

'Clean room good staff'

'Very clean, hospitable staff, beautiful interiors, walkable courtyard'

'The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but everything was perfect: the rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast offers a good variety. I would def stay here again '

'Overall stay was good. Water stains on ceiling on one of the rooms'

'Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel was great and close to the beautiful Galleria mall. We even enjoyed the pool a few nights. Overall great stay, would definitely stay here again if we were back in Dallas.'

'It was excellent'

'Las imágenes de la plataforma no son las habitaciones reales! Muy viejas instalaciones y la alfombra tiene un olor. Nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitación hasta que nos dieron una como la de las imágenes'
