'Fijn hotel dat rust uitstraalt. Het ligt wat ver van Namba, maar dat vonden wij niet erg. Namba is hectiek ten top, en dit hotel ligt in een rustiger gebied. Daarnaast zit je vlakbij de metro/ trein. Dus je bent zo op andere plekken. Het ontbijt is verder ook erg goed. Wel was de stenen vloer in de kamer een beetje geleefd/ leek vies te zijn. Daardoor krijgt het hotel geen 5 sterren, maar het zit er dicht tegenaan. We zouden volgende keer weer gaan. '

'Nieuw en goed hotel, onze kamer was ruim en comfortabel. De wijk waar het hotel ligt is zeer levendig in de avond en nacht. De ingang van het hotel ligt niet aan de straat maar aan een smalle doorgang. Hierdoor kan je geen taxi reserveren, ook niet op het moment van vertrek.'

'We stayed in a loft suite as a family of three and it was very comfortable and spacious. Good view of skyline and lots of light in the room. Apart from that I felt that the hotel lacks service and warmth. They try hard to be a cool place that offers live music on the lobby but everything feels cold (also literally, air conditioning in lobby/bar is so cold that makes it an uninviting).
