The communication easy and the daily breakfast was a fabulous way to start the day. 'The views , the setting and staff were excellent. What let the hotel down was attention to detail- our room had a cracked glass balcony which did not instil confidence. The lack of reliable hot water a was another poor aspect as was the indifferent housekeeping which we had to constantly talk to housekeeping manager about. 'What a truly exceptional hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were truly fantastic with our 3yr old daughter. In particular Udaya went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble at all. Our only negative was that we didn’t stay here longer! 'Comfortable room with airco. Mattress was a bit too hard, but NASA foam like tops were available. Simple dinner, meat or fish, but very good taste. Good service. No swimming pool, but located 20m distance from the sea with 26°C water temperature in December. No alcohol served, due to license, but they said this was only temporarily. Room service for the second day at least did not show up.'

"Nous avons séjourné seulement deux nuits pour découvrir la région mais nous avons adoré le lieu et surtout l’atmosphère relaxante et cosy du Jungle Village. C’est une expérience très agréable, les chambres sont vraiment spacieuses et agréable avec une vue sur la canope. L’environnement de l’hôtel nous a ressourcé et relaxé le temps de notre séjour. L’équipe est agréable, chaleureuse et très attentionnée, ils ont tous contribué à faire de notre séjour un moment qu’on n’oubliera pas! Tout à été parfaitement orchestré entre notre arrivée et notre départ dans les moindres détails, nous n’avons pas vraiment dû nous soucier de quoi que ce soit, tout était anticipé. Le restaurant propose une multitude de plats locaux délicieux! "
