'This is a rustic property (and I mean that in a good way). If you want the authentic stone town experience, this is it. However, the WiFi isn’t the best. It’s due to the home being on the second floor and the literal stones of stone town prevent the network from connecting properly. If you’rea digital nomad like me, keep this in mind. 'Very nice place with everything you could possibly need including some thoughtful touches in the kitchen and storage room. By sea view, I thought it was closer to the beach, but was a few minutes walk through the village - was glad the property owners advised us to bring a flashlight because it was certainly needed at night. Certainly felt safe but was just dark, and you had to navigate some unpaved areas. Kiwenga is a very quiet area - perhaps a bit too serene for our taste but the apartment...

"My mother and I enjoyed a delightful three-day stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and cooperative, always ready to assist. When a water pipe broke, they promptly provided an alternative, offering a can of water for showering. The diverse and delicious menu changed daily for dinner, and the breakfast was equally tasty, served by friendly staff. The quiet ambiance and breathtaking view make it a highly recommended retreat. Our garden villa, complete with a personal plunge pool, was spacious, immaculate, and included a daily supply of fresh water bottles. The rooms were consistently clean, and the staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and accommodating."
