'The bedding was dirty in the room had a stench I reported to the front desk he told me he was going to send maintenance no one never showed up so I had to sleep on the bed with only a sheet and a cold room'

'We got in very late due to weather delays on our flight and when we got there they said the elevator was broken so we had to drag our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The whole place smelled like weed, saw roaches and when I tried to get breakfast in the morning there was nothing. Waffle maker broke only some bagels and crap selection of cereal all the biscuits and gravy gone and a chunk of frozen oj in a pitcher! Oh and let's not forget the useless curtains they had that are sheer and dont block...
