'Tijdens onze reis door Oost Amerika was dit hotel het hotel wat ons het meest aansprak. Netjes. Je kan de gehele dag koffie, frisdrank, fruit, muesli repen en zakjes chips pakken (dus geen wijn of bier). Het ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar van goede kwaliteit. Goede koffie, kwark, croissantjes en wat zoetigheid. Prettig publiek in het hotel. Een dikke tien voor degene die dit concept heeft bedacht. We hebben ervan genoten.'

We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch.

'The location one of the best parts of this hotel. You are steps away from luxury shops and restaurants. You have access to Zero Bond and a speak easy bar (located in the basement). 'The hotel thrives on the staff, especially the reception and surroundings and housekeeping! Breakfast could do better, but nevertheless okay. Rooms are (too) small, dark and horribly outdated. The neighbourhood is dirty and not very attractive though close enough to the more popular areas in downtown. In short I would not recommend this hotel until renovated (not only the rooms but also the lounge area and restaurant).'
