'Uitstekend hotel. Locatie is zeer centraal. Met als traktatie de kabeltram voor de deur. Kamer was klein maar functioneel en ook schoon. Leuke bekomstigheid in de lobby was gratis thee, koffie, water, koekjes, appels en ‘s avonds zelfs popcorn. Zelf 1 dag de auto geparkeerd. Dit ging via het hotel en was op loopafstand (valet-parking). Hotel is zeker een aanrader. '

'Hotel was nice. Friendly staff and right by union square. Had a standard room, rnot much of a view. Clean room but small, and not much of a view. Bed was comfortable, bathroom could use some remodelling We were there on a Tuesday, not much to do in the hotel bar itself. Payed around 250 for it. Considering it is SAn Francisco, I was pleased with this hotel.'

'There is nothing grand about this Hyatt. Walls are paperthin and I could hear every next door conversation. No minibar, no roomservice, no in house store to buy any water/beverage/snack in the evening. Breakfast is substandard at premium pricing. Water pressure on the 25th floor was zero, but good on the 12th floor. Multiple lights in room did not work. 'Positives: good beds, helpful staff, clean rooms, nice lobby with a bar and plenty of space to do some work or relax. Location is great, its just a 5 min walk from Powell Station and Union Square. Negatives: small/cramped bathroom, single elevator that can take quite long to get a hold off and the rooms are a bit noisy, but thats purely dependent on your co-guests, so not a major throw-off in my opinion.
