Really? You'd expect more for a high-end hotel with a $350 per night room (excluding taxes and fees). I know you are a business. But this model of squeezing your customer for every penny is horrible. At this price, you can do better.'

'This place is a switch and bait. Picture is for the Radisson in the front and the Derby is an old building attached in the back. Nasty looking and old. Do not believe the picture on the internet. I felt dirty and not safe there. One guy was watching us unload the car and made me uncomfortable. Would never recommend or stay there again.'
