'Very clean. A 5 star property anywhere in the world that I've stayed at. All real wood decor with marble bathrooms. The lobby is also all marble. Pay the extra few dollars and get the breakfast for 2 people each day you're there. It's a $30+ value per person - 10 stations of food choices, made to order dishes, Cappuccino and more. Not to be overlooked was the 10+ staff. Pradeet our server each day was the best I've ever had. Hospitality was off the charts.'

Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Ningbo, and once again top notch customer service from Andy which you rarely get in China, a nice surprise.'
