'Wow, this was awesome. The lake view was so refreshing, the windows open in the room so you can get fresh air in. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the layout of what was around the hotel, a micro shopping plaza with festive architecture. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Jacksonville. '

'The room was spotless with a separate bedroom. It had a full refrigerator, stove , microwave and toaster and was equipped with dishes and cutlery. We didn’t use any of this but it was a surprising touch.'

'The hotel is brand new. The design, finishes, and colors are well chosen. The hotel is on the Mayo campus, and the Mayo shuttle comes every 15 minutes. The restaurant located at the hotel was fantastic, the food was delicious and well prepared. All the employees at the hotel were very polite, helpful, and obviously invested in making that Hilton stand out. I really enjoyed my stay there.'
