'What can I say apart from a top notch hotel and staff! We had to book at the last minute this hotel at 5;30am and were at the hotel by 6am. The staff was wonderful. We arrived in Puno buy a night bus and we were allowed early check-in free of charge. Delmy and Raul at the reception were exceptional during our stay. Raul helped us a lot in explaining the various daily tours that the hotel had on offer and he helped us in organising those tours. Delmy at the reception was always helpful and helped...

'Beautiful location on an island in the Lake. Beautiful rooms and well maintained property. Would have loved it more if the hiking trails around the hotel were to open 24/7. The viewpoint was very lovely and the food at the restaurant was exceptional. The staffs are well trained and are helpful. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back here again.'

'The owners go way beyond in helping. Very relaxing stay'

'Keurig net hotel, mooie ruime kamer, goede douche, goed ontbijt Midden in centrum '

'Good'

'Place is in good location, that’s it.'

'The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, and the dinners were the best food we had in Peru.'

'I do not have any comment. Everything were above the minimum standard.'

'Hot water for shower friendly family. Poor heat insulation so it’s cold in the evening. Tour groups are much more expensive than those in Punu City. the parking lot introduced by the host was 15/day , it’s wasn’t told in advance '

Kamer gehorig. Uitchecken ook voor 9.00! Kortom onvoldoende.'

'Very friendly, hard working and lovely family! Beautiful view of the Lake!'

'Clean, safe, comfortable , nice people'

'It was a little noisy, had to change my room. Also the front desk was not so friendly.'
