'Staff was help and kind. Unfortunately we had a long day and the hotels key machine was not working. And could not get a key until the next day. The staff was very apologetic and helpful.'

'On a scale of 1-10, I'd give this no name hotel a 6. The facility was, at best, OK. We stayed for a week, but housekeeping never came to clean the room once. Normally, after three days, they pop by to freshen things up - change light bulbs that are burned out, refresh tissue boxes, etc. That never happened. We had to take towels and bedding down to get them exchanged. There were no amenities in the room - no shampoo, conditioner - just one little bar of soap. The hair dryer holder had...

'The room smelled like stale cigarettes and body odor. There were cockroaches on the walls in the rooms and in the hallways. We had our newborn and 2 year old with us, the pull out bed in the room was so disgusting we couldn’t use it. The couch itself was not much better. Dirt flew out when you smacked it. Hair all over the tub and sink. The whole place just felt grungy and unclean. The front desk staff was very unhelpful. '

'Staff was lazy the motel stunk like urine and marijuana they put me in a room that was under construction had to go back and get a different room and the new room didn’t have a shower curtain and the bed was hard the breakfast wasn’t there like advertised no sugar for the coffee no conditioner with the shampoo overall bad experience I will try not to stay there again '

'We always stay here when we come to Salt Lake. It is close to the airport so it’s great for early morning flights. The breakfast is good. The grandkids love the big pool and water slide. We’ve always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. '
