'Mavi hotel is een keurig verzorgd schoon hotel. Er bevindt zich een klein, maar prettig zwembad in de tuin. De eigenaren zijn uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is heerlijk met vers gebakken pancakes, vers fruit, eigen gebakken brood etc.'

'Amazing property with lots of wildlife . You do need 4 wheel drive for main road and property. Once there so many birds and monkeys and other animals. Just a short drive to town also . Owners are very nice people.'

No AC, but room is designed for that with large screens just below the ceiling and a big overhead fan. 'Beautiful setting. Pond with foliage all around. A bit secluded though. Rooms were amazing. Open spaces in room & large shower area. You can definitely hear the jungle. It felt like glamping in the jungle. The breakfast was delicious & homemade. At your convenience as well. Wish there was meat though. Hosts were lovely & friendly. Very accommodating. The price equals what you receive. It was a bit costly though if you are on a budget. Lots of positives including amenities!'

'Jessica the owner was so helpful and amazing customer service. The place is wonderful and infinity pool was great. She also advised us places to visit which were really helpful. 'The rooms are basic, clean, and functional. The air conditioner was barely able to cool the room enough for daytime sleeping probably due to poor seals around the window and door.The shower was cold water only and was missing a shower head so water just poured out of an open pipe....functionally okay. 'Our stay at Villa Kristina Maria was absolutely amazing ( the ocean view,the wild life and the lush jungle ) Our family of nine couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our first trip to Costa Rica.. only about 10 min from the town of Uvita made it easy to get groceries and experience all that the area had to offer , zip line , snorkeling, hiking and the beautiful waterfalls and beaches..The locals were amazing and very helpful..
