'The Hotel is excellent for a budget Hotel, staff very friendly, there english is very good, very handy if you're going to the port as its only 20 minutes away, the only downside is, is not very easy to find, it even confused the Sat Nav, my advise when you get lost (and you will) is reset you're Sat Nav and it will take you straight there, apart from that i would definitely recommend it'

'Was super happy with my stay here. It was clean, and the customer service was great. The first room the AC wasn't working and they were willing to call the maintenance guy sunday night at 9pm and I said lets wait until tomorrow and once they figured out they couldn't fix it, they promptly moved me to a new room. The staff was helpful each time I had a question and it was easy to access the city via bus and subway. Highly recommend this location for a stay in Bilbao. '

'Het is modern opgevat, maar toch zeer onpersoonlijk en het duurt lang voor je op de kamers bent.( Lift en lange gang. ) Het restaurant was niet open, dus eten moest in de luidruchtige bar. Bovendien kon de rekening daar niet op de kamer gezet worden. Ontbijt was ok. Fitnessruimte ok.'

'Mooi hotel in de bergen. De inrichting met antiek meubilair is smaakvol en komt niet oubollig over. De kamer was groot met prima badkamer. Na een wandeling is de spa (Turks bad, sauna, bubbelbad) ook aangenaam maar een uurtje voor €25 pp vinden we aan de dure kant. Het restaurant biedt voldoende afwisseling voor enkele dagen, een dat is fijn want er is verder niets in de buurt. Veel wandelmogelijkheden in de directe omgeving. Niet alle personeel verstaat Engels.'
