Day after arrival I was aware kettle wasn’t working. All they did was move it to another socket. Next day I realised fridge wasn’t working. Despite being told nobody came. Third day I complained again, and I was sent a video of where to insert a key to turn on its power source. I went back to the flat to check and eventually located the keyhole. But I still couldn’t leave key in it because it was on a code controlled key ring with front door keys. On the evening of our third day they finally came to separate fridge key from house keys and give us a working fridge. This problem with electric supply to fridge and kettle socket should not have occurred at all. And having been made aware of problems it should have resolved straight away, not with the lazy inattention and lack of real concern that it received. It took me four messages to the agency over three days to get it sorted.
