'Everything was excellent the only comment would be that the TV remote had very low batteries so it worked on and off, the washing machine’s door handle was broken so could not use it and the AC worked but not great so it kept the room temperature higher than desired (23-24 C ).'

'Very comfortable place to stay in Verona. Walkable distance to all famous places. Very clean. Quest. Safe. Make sure you have smartphone with internet in order to check in and open all doors. If you don’t have it it’s impossible to get inside the apartment. Otherwise everything was excellent. '

'Good hotel near the centre of Verona. The room was simple and clean. With breakfast being a basket of snacks and other goodies. That was refilled everyday. Very nice as takeaways for you journey into the city. But the excellent service Stephano offers is the greatest thing about this hotel. He informs you in time. Give you great info about the city and the opera. We would book this hotel again. '

'We were greeted by a lovely lady and we were on our honeymoon with a 3 night pitstop in Verona... Upon entry to our room the bed was made up lovely with prosecco and balloons... A very appreciated and lovely gesture for us to receive - thank you!! The accommodation was in a great spot - despite lots of students out on the street you couldn't hear them in the apartment which was a relief. The bathroom was immaculate also. If I had anything negative to say - I'd say the bed is a bit 'off' the...

'Excellent location. 9 minutes walk to the Arena. The bathroom was absolutely spotless (never seen one cleaner!). Rosario made contact when I messaged that I would arrive after 7:00p.m. and was there to answer the bell. To correct a previous reviewer, there is no fee for checking in late: that is the standard City Tax. Good value for money. '
