'Arranged for an early book in for us'

'The room is just big enough for a bed and is clean and tidy. However, the soundproofing isn't very good. You can hear people using the toilet in the morning.'

'This older property was well located for us being within walking distance of Vancouver General Hospital's Shin Cancer treatment centre. Although we didn't use all of the amenities, such as coffee machine, kettle, and fridge we availed ourselves of shower, beds, and on the last day, delightful breakfast which included an omelett. The rooms were well secured, warm, and comfortable although they were not wheelchair accessible. There was an off-street parking space.'

'Lucy made us feel extremely welcome in her home! The room was clean, bright, and cheerful and we made use of a well equipped kitchen for our breakfasts. Bubble the puppy was very friendly and also a pleasure to meet!'

'The accommodation was clean overall. Responses to inquiries were prompt, and I would choose to stay here again if I return to Burnaby.'

'Very good'
