'We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was nice and cozy and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we were only about 20 minutes to downtown Birmingham. Great little place for a quick get away. Thank you!'

'Absolutely amazing communication by the property manager. She was Johnny on the spot and very nice. Highly recommend this place, great little neighborhood with a fire station around the corner.'

'Loved this little place! It is actually a little bigger than I had imagined as a 2/1 unit. Very nicely decorated. Spotless when we checked in. Easy access provided for door lock right on time as promised. Great water pressure. Enough personal bath stuff on hand to certainly make it through several days. Plenty of towels. Beautiful hardwood floors with strategic rug placement. Very communicative owner. The beds! Oh so soft & cozy. Close to many great local restaurants & bars (if...

'The property was fine. The baseboards were very dusty throughout the apartment but most especially in the bathroom where they were covered in dust and body hair. There were no towels to be found in the bathroom. I eventually found them in the dryer. The address given could specify the apartment number also. I feel like a had to do lots of communication (which was very easy and effective) with the owner to get the info I needed to check in.'

'We enjoyed our stay there. It was very convenient to the Trussville Entertainment District (1.1 mi.) and just off of Hwy 59. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. It is pet friendly which was important to us. The loft was as advertised "cozy" and lived up to that as a typical small addition to a historic older house; complete with exposed rafters, a blend of cinder block, brick and sheet rock walls with creative electrical solutions. Learning what switch turned on what was an...

'Enjoyed my stay! Host was great'

'This place has a whole VIBE! One of the most unique and amazing places!! I have told my friends! It is a must for a Birmingham stay! Nice area & very safe!! Eeekkkkk! Loved it!!'

'This is my second stay & I plan to come back every year! The Flat was exactly what we needed & exactly as described. Our coffee maker wasn’t working & the owner was VERY responsive to replace it quickly with a new one. The location is walking distance to great restaurants in the Entertainment district.'

'Matt was an amazing host, clear and prompt in communications and friendly. The mattresses were new and comfortable! Truly, many places skimp on the quality of the mattress, and this place did not. We had amazing sleep here. The location is central to everything, which is great. Parking can be a little difficult, especially if you're in a truck. If you're looking for location with a well-equipped kitchen and good beds, this is the place to stay! '

'Absolutely fantastic stay. We were trying to decide whether we wanted a cabin in the woods or a place in the city. This is a little bit of both; in the city but as quiet as being in the woods. A 5 minute drive down the mountain to all the best restaurants. A shout out to Bamboo on 2nd for the best sushi in town. I grew up in Birmingham so I’m very familiar with the area. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. The accommodations are top of the line. I have not slept so well in a long time....

'Very comfortable, clean, modern, easy check in, very convenient parking. Excellent communication with the host.'

'The host was very accommodating to our requests. Room was great and as described. Quiet setting close to everything. Definitely highly recommend if you are in downtown Birmingham. Close to UAB for convenience.'

'We booked this apartment for one night because it was close to Avondale Brewing where Willie Nelson was playing and it was perfection. The cleanliness and the decor were wonderful and check-in was a breeze. My husband and I cannot recommend this place highly enough as we are already planning our next stay!'
