The elevator is for 1 person only, so be prepared to walk some stairs. We only stayed one night. The next morning at check-out we reported the problems. The only reaction of the agent at the reception (in the morning) was: ok… The hotel is named B&B but don’t count on a free breakfast (bed and breakfast?)… you only get a voucher if you make an account and you participate in the ‘frequent visitor program’.
