Niet erg groot, maar zeer netjes en in oude stijl. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is perfect je komt overal binnen 5 min.

leuk hotel midden in het centrum van Venetie
leuk hotel met een vriendelijke dame en heer die je gastvrij ontvangen. alles is klein ,ook de lift, maar alles is er aanwezig en schoon. kan beter aangegeven worden hoe je er moet komen want dat was wel even zoeken. was wel wat duur gezien het comfort. ontbijt was goed geregeld.

Un posto in cui mi reco ogni volta che mi ĆØ possibile. A parte la posizione straordinariamente comoda, la gentilezza del personale, la pulizia e l'arredamento delle camere, la squisita colazione si aggiungono a un'atmosfera veramente unica, che coniuga professionalitĆ  assoluta a una calda accoglienza. Senza dubbio, per me un luogo del cuore. Consigliatissimo.

A Hotel We Recommend Highly!
We love this hotel! Staff are terrific, friendly and helpful. We had one of the larger rooms, with a bedroom, sitting area and TWO bathrooms. These were modern, well designed and always extremely clean, as was the bedding, etc. Everything was set up efficiently. Breakfast was of good variety and quality. The location was perfect for us: practically next door to the Accademia museum and vaporetto stop. Itā€™s also close to the Giudecca, where you can get a Vaporetto to the train station thatā€™s much less crowded than those on the Canale Grande. We chose to stay in Dorsoduro in order to avoid the crowds of many other areas. There are plenty of great restaurants, in fact the restaurant of Agli Alboretti is highly rated. We look forward to returning to this hotel!

The staff at Reception, the cleaning staff and the service staff at breakfast were all lovely. When checking in, i was spoken to in Italian as I'd chosen to speak the language. Some places may revert to English when it's not your mother language but they respected my choice. The hotel is so very near the vaporetto stop at Accademia, which makes it really convenient if finding it on foot is too challenging.

The hotel is located within a short walk of shopping options, vaporetto stations (Zaterre and Academia) and a range of restaurants. The staff at the hotel are first class and they offer a wide variety of fruits, cereal and cold cuts for breakfast.. We had an enjoyable three night stay and highly recommend this hotel for visitors to the beautiful city of Venice!

Comfortable, Great Location
Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the location and the vibe of this hotel. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast in the garden was special touch. Breakfast buffet was delicious and generous. The service was overall very good except for the night staff who prepared the breakfast buffet. We were leaving for an early flight and needed a breakfast box to go. It was very disappointing for the price we paid (12 Euros each) for cake and muffins wrapped in paper towels, no fruit, no packaged yogurt or cheese or any cold drinks. When I asked the male staff member for a cold drink before we left the hotel, he was annoyed... stating he was getting breakfast ready (it was 0600 a.m.). I got a glass of water from him. I would stay here again but I would book a room facing the back rather than streetfront because the restaurant traffic will keep you up till at least midnight.

Dear Kathleen,We thank you for having chosen our Hotel and for the overall positive review.We are only sorry because, from your words, it appears there has been a misunderstanding about the arrangements for your early departure. Breakfast is included in the rate and is served from 7:30 until 9:30 AM. Before such time, no breakfast service is available since the hall is not accessible and the dedicated staff is not on duty. Thatā€™s why, when you informed us of your early departure and asked to have some breakfast, we explained that we could only make available some croissants and pastry to take away. We did not propose a breakfast box with a variety of items and surely we did not charge any extra cost for the take away bag (please check your invoice and you will see that there is no breakfast box mentioned nor any extra cost of Euro 12,00). We are sorry if the night porter gave you the impression of being annoyed by the additional requests, the fact is that he is not in charge for serving breakfast and has on the other hand several other tasks to carry out early in the morning so you caught him in a busy moment. We hope that the above clarifies the matter and that such small misunderstanding will not affect your general positive impression of the stay so that we will welcome you again in the future.Kind regards

It was the perfect stop before our sailing cruise in Sept. It was close to the port (1 km walk) to their terminal and we enjoyed the time to see the sights of Venice prior to departure.

Hidden gem
Small family run hotel. The location is wonderful, easily reached by multiple vaporetto stops. Rooms are spacious with good air conditioning and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our favorite hotel in Venice. Weā€™ve stayed here several times and will definitely return again.

This hotel is a five minute walk from the nearest boat/bus the landing station so very convenient and easy to find. They were able to provide an excellent gluten free breakfast and having a mini bar / fridge in our room was a bonus We would very happily go back if we travel to Venice again

Amazing Hotel, Beautifully Remodeled
This is a fantastic old palazzo that's been beautifully transformed into a modern hotel. The rooms are well appointed, and the a/c works great. Location is where all the schools are so it can be a tad noisy outside after school gets out with all the students at time, quiet other than that though, and it is a walk to all the tourist areas. But we liked walking, approx 10 min's to St Marks and 15 min's to Rialto. There are some very good restaurants nearby as well as interesting shops. And as it is right on the canal it's very easy for a taxi either from the airport or train station. The staff is wonderful, and the breakfast is great. One thing, they don't have a good supply of US-plus/power converters to be sure to bring your own. All in all, great place and we'd definitely go back.

A nice, established, well-run hotel...my stay there was very pleasant. The location is excellent - 2 minute walk to 2 vaporetto stops. So easy to get there. Once there, is very safe-feeling and walkable. Also easy to get to little wine bars, and to walk over to St Marks. I recommend hotel Agli Alboretti.

Really lovely staff. Had a single room which was described as having a bathtub (not a shower) was pleasantly surprised to find a shower cubical. Mentioned this to reception and Apparently all single rooms have a shower not a bathtub. Room was quiet and bed comfortable.

Great location and staff attention Very clean room and good size Only let down is permanent noise of A/C despite being off, and maybe limited heating (noticeable in winter time) But overall really enjoyable stay. Would recommend and will come back

Excellent stay; reception was warm and welcoming; room was spacious; breakfast was good. The position of the hotel near the Academia is perfect in terms of getting around Venice. Highly recommended as a comfortable, non-pretentious hotel.
