Arsenale Canal View 1, Modern Apartment with Canal View in the Castello District



Modern apartment on the first floor of a typical Venetian building. The apartment features spacious interiors, a living room with a sofa and television, and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking, including a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Arsenale Canal View 1 offers a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower. The accommodation also includes a single sofa bed.



Our guests will have access to additional comforts such as: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, a washing machine, an iron, and a television.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
