The apartment:
A welcoming and spacious holiday home on two floors, perfect for families, couples or groups of friends up to 4 people who want to experience Venice in style and comfort.
First level:
• Two large double bedrooms, one with a wooden walk-in closet
• Private terrace overlooking the Bell Tower of San Marco
• Bathroom with washing machine
Second level:
• Second modern bathroom
• Large open space living area with:
– Comfortable sofa and TV
– Equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher)
– Dining table for convivial dinners
The interiors have been recently renovated to offer brightness, comfort and style in every room. The apartment is located on the fourth and fifth floors (without a lift), with large spaces and absolute privacy.

The location:
Located in Calle Frezzeria, one of the most exclusive and central areas of Venice, the accommodation is located behind Piazza San Marco and a few steps from luxury boutiques, historic cafes and architectural jewels. Despite the proximity to the main points of interest, the side street guarantees tranquility and silence.

House rules:
Guests are invited to behave in an environmentally friendly manner.

For safety reasons, please close all windows before leaving the house, and do not leave the front door open.

Smoking in the house is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

Guests are asked to leave the apartment tidy and without damage.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM
In case of no notice, after 6:00 PM the reservation will be considered NO SHOW, in case of a delay previously notified, late check-in will be considered based on our availability.

During check-in, guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax, equal to € 4.00 per person per night.
A regular receipt will be issued.

The possibility of late check-in will be evaluated based on requests, if positive from 18.00 to 22.00 guests will be asked for the sum of € 30.00 after 22.00 € 50.00 will be requested
