The apartment is located in a quiet, residential area, just a few minutes from the bus stop that takes you to downtown Venice, and is well-served by all major amenities: bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and supermarkets.



The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a spacious terrace.

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, small Smart TV, and terrace;

- KITCHENETTE with a gas stovetop, moka pot, table with chairs, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, and electric stove, various kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet; washer/dryer;

- Large TERRACE.

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Venice.
