Historische San Marco Penthouse Appartement

Historische San Marco Penthouse Appartement is de perfecte locatie voor uw vakantie: hier vindt u de mogelijkheid om uw Venetiaanse dagen door te brengen in een unieke en fascinerende locatie hebben. 

Deze grote, ruime en lichte, rookvrije appartement is gelegen op de derde (laatste) verdieping, in een 500 jaar oude architectonisch belangrijke Palazzo. 
Gerenoveerd door een beroemde architect, het appartement is ontworpen om verschillende ruimtes te creëren binnen het brede open gebied: de ruime woonkamer met een bank, chaise longues en fauteuils; twee gezellige ruimtes met een bureau; een volledig uitgeruste keuken gourmand; een TV / leeshoek met een queen size slaapbank en tegenover een hoek die twee eenpersoonsbedden (die samen kunnen worden geschoven om te functioneren als een kingsize bed) herbergt. 
De master bedroom met Queen bed is volledig gescheiden van andere ruimtes en is gelegen in de andere kant, in vergelijking met de positie van de eenpersoonsbedden.
Het penthouse heeft twee complete badkamers: een met een douche en een met een bad (we deden renovaties maart 2014).
Het appartement is voorzien van alle moderne gemakken en faciliteiten, waaronder airconditioning (Central Air Unit controleerbaar in 4 zones), onafhankelijke verwarming, gratis wifi internet verbinding, vaatwasser, wasmachine en magnetron ...

In deze zeer bijzondere en ruime Venetiaanse woning, zeer rustig en stil, heeft u de mogelijkheid om te ontspannen na een enerverende dag en ook kleine dagelijkse pauzes want het is letterlijk een steenworp afstand van de populairste bezienswaardigheden, winkels en restaurants in San Marco.
Dankzij de centrale locatie kunt u gemakkelijk het Piazza San Marco en de basiliek, het Dogenpaleis en de Brug der Zuchten te bereiken in een paar minuten lopen. Heb je de mogelijkheid om de monumenten te bezoeken in de vroege ochtend, als ze niet te druk of u kunt betoveren door de magie van de Piazza San Marco in de nacht, met de orkesten spelen. Vanaf het penthouse in 5-10 minuten lopen u Rialto, Academia, Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Piazza Santo Stefano, enz. Te bereiken
In de directe omgeving vindt u een souvenirwinkel, een apotheek, patisserie, krantenkiosk, een koffiebar, een goed restaurant en bars, kleine kruidenier, groenten en fruit winkel, en ook alle high fashion winkels van de beste Italiaanse labels, dat vinden bevinden zich in dit gebied van Venetië.

Amazing location. Very close to St. Mark's Basilica. Great restaurants were just steps away. The host gave excellent travel instructions and even arranged a taxi service for our very early flight home! The apartment was perfect for my family of 4.

Lost in Venice

The stay in Venice was wonderful. This place is just like the pictures. It is as quirky as it is fun. Really loved the washer and drier. Water pressure in tub not good and air conditioner in small room off kitchen did not work. Once we found the place it worked out great and would stay again. Thank you for your patience Agnes.

It was nice for the owner!s daughter to meet us at boat to direct us to the place. She warned us that the internet could be a little spotty but it turned out it was not functioning at all. Repeated calls to the owner and daughter went unanswered. As a vrbo owner myself I really needed to get online to communicate with my own guests and could not. There was also a sewer odor that was very unpleasant. Also the microwave would light up but did not work. There were just 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 3days. Towels were stiff. There are more stairs than we anticipated— once you enter the apartment there is another flight up—for a total of 5 flights.

Great Family Retreat

The flat is wonderful, oozing ancient Veneziano charm and masterfully crafted out of the old attic beam structure. Some would call it "quaint", but as an architect myself, I have a great appreciation for the way in which Julio renovated this ancient structure into a warm, beautiful interior. One difficulty is the stairs to get there. Had it not been for my son, we would not have been able to get our large suitcase up there on our own, as the senior years stare us in the face. I think this should be made known beforehand. However, the charm of the place more than made up for that. Would love to stay there again in the future!

SanMarco Loft Living

Check in went super smoothly thanks to info from host and his representative. Location couldn’t have been better, but the unit itself needs some maintenance. Beds were OK/Linens were basic but serviceable. We stayed in early Oct but needed a/c which did not work in the king bedroom. We reached out to representative who supposedly reached out to maintenance… A/C was never fixed and no follow-up from rep explaining why. Also Tall people beware—few areas of loft where you can stand completely straight. Second bathroom is also very small and corner sink is so small it’s almost unusable

We had a great stay in the penthouse - with a wonderful view of the tower. It was a nice place to get away from the crowns and heat but close to St Marks and lots of restaurants and shops.

Fantastic unique loft apartment

We loved our stay in this stunning and spacious apartment. It’s got everything you need and the unique loft design with exposed beams was a great feature. It was close to everything yet secure and quiet. Just around the corner from the entry is a quite spot by the canal where you can watch the gondolas and boats go by. Highly recommend this place.

San Marco stay

The apartment is beautiful and spaciously sized for three adults. We enjoyed staying in central San Marco without worrying about the noise. The check-in process was smooth and informative, but we didn't see the same level of support throughout. On the first morning we awoke to a strong sulphuric smell emanating from the AC in the bedroom and dining room. When we reached out to the PM, he said he'd check on it, but never followed up with us. The smell continued every morning of our stay even though we left the ACs off after the first night. The smell may be harmless, or within the building air ducts not the unit, but it was certainly anomalous to us and we had hoped it would be addressed during our stay.

In the heart of everything but in a quiet location. Took a vaporetto from the airport - fun way to arrive and we were met at the stop and walked to the apartment. Easy check in process. The apartment has air conditioning and once turned on, the property cooled off.

Fabulous place

The apartment is gorgeous convenient and comfortable! The location cannot be beat- down a quiet Calle but near st Marco the host has provided helpful tips for eating well and a well stocked kitchen for staying in. The beds were comfortable, the heat and ac worked well, having 2 bathrooms was perfect! We’d definitely go back!

The apartment location is ideal. It's a short walk from Piazza San Marco. Although there is no elevator, the stairs were easy to manage. The place is very clean, and the pictures are accurate. I would definitely enjoy staying here again.
