A queen-size bed with a 24 cm mattress ensures a restful sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and utensils.

The bathroom includes bidet, washing machine, shower, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.

You will also find a 32” Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating for every season.

The whole apartment will be at your disposal, starting from the modern living and sleeping area and ending with the beautiful and huge terrace.

We will personally welcome you at the agreed check-in time.

The price includes essential amenities: coffee, sugar, toilet paper, soap, dish detergent, bed linen, blankets, and a set of 3 clean towels per person in different sizes.

Free parking is available on request a few minutes by car from the apartment (please inform us during booking). Luggage storage is possible before check-in or after check-out.

Airport transfers to and from Venice and Treviso are available on request (price to be agreed).

At arrival all guests must present a valid ID, as required by Italian law.
The city tax is €4 per person per night (max 5 nights), payable on arrival in cash.

There is an external camera facing only the apartment entrance.

On some dates Venice requires registration for the access-fee exemption; we will assist if needed.
