'I came during off season and they graciously upgraded me to the balcony view, it was absolutely worth it! the view is amazing and I could watch the sunset. Also gave me lots of information on food, transportation, how to walk to the neighboring cities etc. I would definitely stay here again!!'

'Clean apartment with all necessary items in the room. Great host that gives a lot of information on the area and gives good recommendations. Close to city center. Quiet place. Good air-conditioning. Breakfast is not in the apartment but at walking distance in the historical center'

The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. 'This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk.
