'This property is very beautiful. We loved the screened porch. It is close to Keeneland, which we were going to. The pictures are very accurate. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. Eric, the property manager, was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer questions that we had. I would rent it again if we have a group go to Keeneland. '

'We were a group of 4 couples and and all loved this place! The host John was very helpful and communications with him were very conveniently answered and helpful. We enjoyed the ample spaces especially the outdoor amenities and the kitchen areas where we played board games and cards. The house is just outside of Versailles and was a convenient location for the Rail Explorers and the 2 distilleries that we wanted to visit. It’s not far from Frankfort and Lawrenceburg , many other distilleries...

'Our stay at the Luxe on Cooper Rd. was perfect. Relaxing, secluded, and great location to all the things we planned on our trip. The outdoor area is great for all seasons. Carlos was very responsive which made for a smooth check in/check out. Hope to return in the future for another great stay.'

There were warnings about severe flooding, extreme heat, possible tornados and thunderstorms. The governor even declared a state of emergency for flooding. We quickly decided to cancel our stay.
