'We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for.

'Muy buen hotel, a 15 minutos en carro del aeropuerto, la comida excelente sazón, la temperatura de la alberca temprada a caliente, excelente para que los niños no tiemblen de frío; si regreso. El personal muy amable, a excepción del bar de Sushi del piso 4 de adultos que nunca nos atendieron y nos fuimos sin más nada. Aún así, sí regresaría al hotel, sin visitar el Sushi.'

'when we arrived to the hotel they assigned us a room when we opened the door it wasn’t cleaned yet so they changed our room and it smelled horrible I asked a second time if they could change our room they said no. Really bad service there. My husband and I were disappointed. Never staying there again'
