'Nice basic Italian B&B. Has all you need. Friendly owner. Spacious room with airconditioning. Comfy bed. You can have a good breakfast outside in the shade. We could park our car in the garden. Good pizza place around the corner.'

'The owner was extremely friendly, the building is extraordinary. Breakfast (not in the building but in a public place) was OK but nothing to scream about. But the owner's friendliness compensated for that'

'Grazie Genni per le attenzioni e la disponibilità...ha fatto la differenza ! Colazione molto buona e diversificata... Accogliente e ben posizionato.'

'Hyvä ilmastointi. Toimiva huone ja helppo sisäänkirjautuminen. Olin vain yhden yön eli en hirveästi tarvinnut palveluja...'

'Goede communicatie, via whatsapp bereikbaar, reageert snel. Zeer attente host.'

'The location of the villa is excellent. In a few minutes, you are within the city walls. We rented bikes for 2 days, which were great for exploring the city. The room is big enough, the shower is a little small, but has a good water jet. The owner pointed out many sights in the city and he even picked us up from the station! When we left for Pisa again, he even brought our suitcase to the station, so we could walk around in the city for an hour. Breakfast is also good.'
