Even though Expedia says breakfast is included, they will charge you $15 per child. Didn’t mention it at check in either. Hotel is nice but poor price/quality.

Goed hotel met behulpzaam personeel
Kwamen vroeg terug van onze safari in Botswana, waardoor inchecken moeilijk leek, Maar zonder enig probleem werd er op initiatief van het personeel gezocht naar een kamer die al helemaal klaar was. Ging perfect. Goede plek om naar het dorpje te lopen en natuurlijk naar VIc Falls. Echte aanradere.

It really looks like a Kingdom and I loved it.
During my stay of three nights in this hotel I was amazed about how cool this hotel really is. It looks absolutely fantastic. The location is more than perfect, the room was pretty nice, WiFi is good. Everything was just perfect in my eyes. I would love to stay in this hotel again.

Geweldig hotel om Victoria Falls te bewonderen
Mooie ruime kamers met een terras. het personeel is heel lief, erg vrienelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is werkelijk geweldig in een paar minuten wandel je naar de falls. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en vers. Bij het zwembad kan je voor het diner a la cart bestellen ipv buffet in het restaurant we hebben ook daar heelrijk gegeten. Het kleine centrum wandel bevindt zich vlak voor het hotel. Tranfers eenvoudig te regelen aan de balie. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf.

kamer voor families
wij zijn gezin van 4 met 2 kinderen en zochten familiekamer. Was niet beschikbaar via hotel.com, dus 2 aparte kamers geboekt en betaald. Uiteindelijk hebben we 2 familiekamers gekregen met telkens 4 bedden. Rest was hotel redelijk groot en gangen en dus ook kamers vrij lawaaierig.

Beautiful sprawling property. Very close to Victoria Falls and other activities - easily walkable. It's a large complex - meaning we had a 10 min walk to our rooms. However, anytime we requested anything in the room - the service people showed in no time! My son had issue with his foot. The hotel provided wheel chair service. Our porter and wheel chair assistant were very prompt and super helpful. The hotel has buffet service. Which I felt was a rip off with $35 per person tag. We decided to eat out instead.

We loved our stay at the kingdom. The room was perfectly comfortable, the grounds are lovely, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was close to everything. It may be a bit dated but we found it pleasing all around and would definitely recommend it for a local, Vic falls themed hotel experience.

The hotel was close to all the attractions. We were able to walk to the Falls and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices. Did not use the pools, I’m sure the water was clean but looked grey. There was no air conditioning so it was difficult,to sleep at night ....too hot and humid. The fan wasn’t very effective.

The hotel was within walking distance of the Falls, but we were encouraged to take a taxi. The staff was somewhat helpful, but not overly so. Very good breakfast.

The hotel buildings are unique with great brick work tiles and thatch. Large room with balcony, great pool area and attentive staff. Pool bar frequently out of stock of certain items and would promise what we ordered and then short deliverer.

This is an old hotel. Charming. But it does show some aging. We had a couple of issues with our room and staff was readily available to deal with them. Staff was great. Food was excellent. Terrific pool area. I'd definitely recommend.

Posizione ottima, dieci minuti a piedi dall’ingresso del parco, struttura vagamente etnica, colazione buona, sopratuuto personale alla reception assolutamente disponibile ed efficiente, sia per cercare di accontentare le richieste della clientela che per supplire alle manchevolezze dell’albergo ma: 1) stanze vecchie, con servizi inefficienti: con 35 gradi non puoi assegnare una stanza con l’aria condizionata rotte; 2) quando, con la buona volontádella reception, ti viene assegnata alle 11 di sera in sostituzione una stanza deluxe ( con gentile upgrading) la stessa stanza non può avere l’aria condizionata che funziona soltanto al massimo: per cui, o ti surgeli, o ti svegli ogni due ore per accendere o spegnere, o torni alla condizione 1)e muori di caldo.

A great location always felt safe walking around.
This Kingdom hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the falls and in the other direction shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, the included breakfast was excellent. Regular power outages were not too much of a problem as the hotel has generators. The Kingdom hotel does accept international credit card for hotel expenses. Take US currency, I was unable to find an ATM that worked to get some local currency and credit cards are not widely accepted at Victoria Falls.

Power issues but this was out of the control of resort. They had backup generators. Apparently there is an ongoing issue in Zimbabwe with their power grid. Sad as the people and the activities around Victoria Falls is amazing. So glad we went even though we knew ahead of time about the power issue.

ベッドに蚊帳が付いていたが、蚊が入って来た。 それ以外はとても良かった。 朝食は種類が豊富で美味しい。 ほぼ世界中のプラグに対応出来るコンセントだった。 シャワーは温度も水圧も全く問題なかった。 空調も効いていた。
