Amazing staff
I stayed here for 5 nights in a row so I really got a chance to enjoy the place, every single one of the staff, from reception, to workers to cleaning staff was extremely helpfull and friendly. Also the manager is a very nice guy. This place, with a very nice relaxing pool, clean rooms and bathrooms and great location makes you feel at home! There's a supermarket at walking distance and there's a very nice bar/resto just accros the street. Thank you!!

Dit hotel op loopafstand van de watervallen heeft een prima ontbijt. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. De manager wil het e.e.a. renoveren, zoals de vloeren die er voor zorgen dat het nog al gehorig is. Maar wij hebben er prima geslapen. Lekkere douche, goed airco en van. Kraakheldere lakens en handdoeken. En geen last van buitengeluiden.Op korte loopafstand zijn restaurants in deze veilige omgeving.

de Manegers and de staff ware erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam !!!! niets was te veel wat je vroeg Ligging van N1 Hotel is fantastich overal dichtbij ook de Watervallen zijn op loopafstand Iedere dag schone lakens en handdoeken wat een service Geweldig we gaan beslist volgend jaar weer terug naar dit N1 Hotel in Vic Falls

Lovely stay in Vic. Falls!
We stayed 4 nights in N1 hotel. We are a very easy going couple who like to be out the whole time. You would then love this hotel because it's so much cheaper then the rest! It's also the best location to visit the Falls. You can walk to the Falls in 10/15 mins! The room was good, comfy beds and very good wifi. The staff was the best! Very friendly and helpfull!

Voor vic falls goed en goedkoop
Hotels in vic falls zijn peperduur of shabby. Dit hotel is geen van beide en ook nog eens heel centraal gelegen. Eigenlijk het enige geschikte hotel voor wie comfort waardeert maar niet met geld wil smijten

Goed budget hotel op loopafstand van VictoriaFalls
Kamers zijn basic, alles werkt prima, goede airco, goed bed,zeer snelle wifi en alles schoon. Goede laundry service. Voor een uitgebreid ontbijt moet je hier niet zijn. Om de hoek is de Illala lodge met top ontbijt in tuin. Erg vriendelijke staff. Ik heb dit alleen als een plek om te slapen gebruikt. Qua sfeer is het super budget.

It was clean and had what you needed for a short visit. There wasn’t room for sorting luggage etc. good job I didn’t have a cat!! Very noisy from the live music at the pub. Breakfast expensive for what it was. Staff were lovely

Good price for what you get
Good for what you get. Within walking distance to the Falls and to lots of shopping and restaurants. I had a nice private room, very clean and modern, and I loved the terrace and the garden with the pool. Staff was helpfull.

隣のクラブで夜通し爆音の野外ライブをやっていました。部屋の中はさながらライブ会場のようでした。 AM1時くらいにライブは終わりましたが音楽はAM5時まで流れていました。 朝早いツアーを予定していたので大変困りました。

Great location and does the job of being affordable and walkable in Victoria falls. I would just say that there’s no going the extra mile for customers, for example: not having change for breakfast they charge for, not having towels for the pool when they have signs that you should not use room towels for the pool etc. and they offered no alternate solutions…

Ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui est présenté dans la publicité. Pas plus de 2 étoiles. Bien situé mais les déjeuner sont très ordinaire. Aucun loquets sur les portes de chambres pour empêcher l'accès lorsque nous sommes présents dans la chambre.

Good day, we are most disappointed to learn that you were not happy with your stay, we are a 2 star establishment and pride ourselves on providing as is advertised. We do not offer meals, these may be purchased through independent operators. Our room door locks do provide a bolt that may turned to prevent outsiders from entering the room.

Great budget hotel at Vic Falls
Superb Location was central-walking distance to OK supermarket, Vic Falls National Park, Three Monkeys and other restaurants, shops and tour operators offices. Wild Horizon tour operator has an office just next to reception. My floor was recently renovated which was great. Staff including at reception was excellent

My room was very dirty (particularly the bathroom) and very much in need of repair. There was very loud construction from 830am onwards that was not at all mentioned at the time of booking. The pricing was way too much for poor value. I will say the staff was kind and professional and I appreciated them accommodating 1 hour later check out for my flight time.

Great location as the hotel is on one of the main street for food and shopping. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The shower was powerful and space to turnaround. The swimming pool was a 10sec walk from main reception. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Yes it is cheap but clean, safe and easy to walk to and from places.

Convenient to town
Hotel was very comfortable and convenient to the centre of town. They are in the process of renovating the rooms so will be nice once done. No evevators so need to be able to negotiate stairs, although they will carry your luggage up the stairs for you. Nice cheap breakfast available.

Great value for cost at this price point! The location is perfect with easy access to the falls/border, walking distance to anything in town and multiple restaurants for meals. Staff were attentive and friendly and always willing to help with any inquiries.

3 days Victoria falls visit in December
Super friendly hotel staff, location is good, in the center of the town, walking distance to the park entrance (10-15 min). Plain breakfast available for $5, not many choices, but helpful when in the rush. Very good and affordable restaurant right next door, the food was delicious. The room was ok (we had an upgraded option), daily housekeeping, free bottle of water, air condition worked well. On the negative: very poor wifi. Our room was across the bar and music was very loud every day until 10:30pm. The music was very good, we truly enjoyed it, but it might be a problem for someone. Hotel is located right by the local market, so it’s impossible to get to the hotel without local sellers following you and asking to buy things. Overall we had a good stay

It was a basic room/facilities. Fine for a couple of nights. If you are looking for something close and convenient to Elephants walk...it checks the boxes. Staff were helpful. Also if you have a limited budget....i can see why you would choose this.

Good location, very helpful staff, but...
The area was very safe, staff quite efficient and helpful, BUT the building had no lift (something I haven't noticed when booking), my 87 year old mother and myself are unable to climb stairs, so I asked for a room on ground floor... there wasn't any, then they gave us a room on 2nd floor, we couldn't accept because of the stairs and when we got a room on 1st floor, we found out that there were no single beds, but only double ones. Feeling odd to sleep in a double bed with my mother, I had to spend 4 nights on a sofa. Breakfast just basic.

The staff was incredible, very supportive and amazing at helping and making us feel super welcome. The room was exactly what we needed and within good walking distance to Victoria Falls and some good spots to eat with a bar across the street and restaurant just down the road with excellent food.

The size of standard bedroom is too TINY!! Really disappointing! When I booked I expected the same size of room as Harare and Bulawayo. My room was stuffy on check in. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom.. Very unpleasant to use the bathroom if you are sharing!!. Hotel policy not user friendly. Impossible to compare another room if you want to move!!!
