'First, the rooms have airco, but this is a mobile airco. Thus this makes a terrible noise. The hose was torn. And already 3 times repaired with tape. I told the receptionist at arrival emediatly. He would take care off it. After 2 days no improvement. Still broken. Further the view from the balcony at the back off the hotel is a total different story, then on the frontside. The noise at the back side is substantial. The inside off the room is bit tired and need a fresh up. The breakfast was...

'From the moment you check in you are nicely greeted by the staff. The rooms are nice and spacious depending on the type of room. The amenities have been upgraded and spacious. The only downside is the walls seem very thin where we heard folks above us all night from walking or stomping which was frustrating when trying to sleep. We had no issues but I could see folks who are light sleepers where that could be annoying. There is a happy goat coffee shop attached to it which is great for coffee...

'Really enjoyed my stay! It was quiet and the room was very clean! The area around the hotel was also very good. It’s right in the city center and close to any of the major attractions. Also nice to have a place to store your suitcase if you’re leaving long after the check out time. '

'I think the Westin is beautiful located. The hotel is spacious, there is also a conference center. I stayed there prior to a grouptravel voyage and we used one of the large rooms off the conference center for a briefing. That fitted 200 persons easily. The rooms were nice and spacious. Comfortabele beds. '

'I loved the location. It’s so close to a shopping area and many attractions are within walking distance. The staff is friendly. The only thing is the first floor is right next to the street and it can be noisy The first floor set up is a little awkward. You have to climb a few steps from the lobby to get to the room with no elevators.'
