'We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff is what makes this property exceptional—especially Gaby and Antonio, who work in the pool area. They remembered our names and made us feel genuinely welcomed each day. The hotel is currently undergoing a remodel, so a few facilities, including one of the large restaurants, were temporarily closed. Note, that PV is a party destination and while staying anywhere you are exposed to loud music into the evening.'

On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and...
